The Summer of Cisco

My buddy Andrew compared my situation to when George Costanza found out the Yankees were firing him. Could be fun!

  1. Along the lines of the Yankees, I’m beginning to think you and Billy Martin have one thing (AND ONLY ONE) in common: an employer from which you’ve both parted more than once!

    1. I thought you were just going on vacation for a couple weeks. Finally dawned on me you were not coming back.

I really enjoyed hearing you every morning. You were a bright spot.

God bless you and your family and your future!

  2. Hey Cisco, time to move out to the country! Princeton, Illinois is a terrific place to raise kids and you’re already loved out here. Please consider a move. Might be the best decision you’ve ever made. It was when we made that same decision 30 years ago. Never regretted it for a minute!
Best to you and your family. All will be well.

  3. The summer of Cisco – it has a good ring to it. You’re waiting on God… and he will lead you. You are a great talent and WE MISS YOU on WLS, but God will open a new door. You also are ordained of God to preach His Word – I’d visit the church where you are preaching!!! Be of good cheer.

    1. Cisco, I just want to thank you for making my mornings at work enjoyable when you were on. I always listened and wish you the very best in whatever you decide to do. Take care.

  4. Cisco, We miss your wisdom and common sense and will miss you. May God bless you and your family always!

  5. Wind is not the same wout you. Please let us know if you will be sharing Gods word in the Chicago area any time soon. I appreciate a hispanic conservative voice and pray for more! Keep up the good work!

  6. May God richly bless you and your family, Cisco. Years ago, I was shown a path that led me from broadcasting to helping people to live with cancer. Although I’d worked in radio for more than 30 years, this new calling has proven to be far more worthwhile and gratifying. I pray that your experience will be one that is similarly filled with goodness and His richest blessings.

  7. Cisco thank you for all the “excellent radio” you have provided to myself and many many others. I have followed you from WLS to WIND and back to WLS. In my opinion you and sometimes Rush were the only reasons to dial into WLS. I pray that your voice will grace the airways again. God bless you and your family.

  8. I too have followed your career. Always nice to listen to someone who thinks the same and able to articulate the thoughts. Hope to hear you again soon.

  9. I find Seinfeld episodes and quotes very relevant in my life often. 🙂 For a show about nothing, it’s really something.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

  10. Cisco, I am shocked to learn that you aren’t there for real. I am missing your articulate, bulls-eye approach to issues. Hope that I can hear you on the waves or in a pulpit soon.
