Time to Preach

Well, so far this week I’ve awakened way later than usual and I golfed with my buddy Paul Brian. Nice. But now it’s time to figure out what’s next. I’ve received a few phone calls about radio gigs (both in and out of Chicago) and interim preaching roles. I don’t want to rush into any of these in case they’re not the right fit. That may sound crazy given this economy, but it just doesn’t seem wise to jump at anything right away. So I’ll be praying about these and we’ll see what God says.

I do know that I’ll be preaching this Saturday and Sunday at Village Church in Dyer, Indiana. If you’re in the area, I’d love to see you there.

  1. Go for it! The LORD has led you heretofore and He has not failed. He will continue to guide your steps. Stay humble and listen closely. “For since the world began, no ear has heard, and no eye has seen a God like you, who works for those who wait for him.” (Isaiah 64:4, I Cor 2:9)
